PURCHASES
The service offered by Tryme Shop on this site is intended exclusively for the end consumer, that is, an individual who purchases for personal purposes, different from and not related to any professional activity. Therefore, Tryme Shop reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the end consumer or orders that do not comply with these conditions. To place an order on this site, you must be at least 18 years old.
Order receipt constitutes the conclusion of the contract. Tryme Shop commits to supplying the ordered products under the terms and conditions provided, except for the right not to fulfill orders from parties who do not provide sufficient solvency guarantees or who do not fall within the above-mentioned category of "end consumer," or for any reason, if the ordered product is unavailable for sale.
For matters not expressly covered in these General Conditions, reference is made to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of May 22, 1999, and the applicable provisions of the Civil Code.
On this site, Tryme Shop offers its customers the possibility to purchase only items already in stock: ordering items not already available is not allowed. Therefore, any order containing an item that has become unavailable, even due to a mere error, is considered null and void.
Orders should preferably be paid at the time of completing the purchase transaction via PayPal within a maximum of 12 hours from receiving the order confirmation email. After this deadline, the order will be considered null and will be deleted.
In case of payment by credit card, transaction information (card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the processing entity via encrypted protocol, without any third party having access. This information will never be displayed or stored by Tryme Shop.
The products sold and the manufacturing brands are carefully selected for their strict quality control standards.
However, Tryme Shop declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of your computer or a temporary malfunction, the colors of the photographed products or the features displayed and described on the site may differ from the originals.
