It will be necessary to show a document of identity and a copy of the email confirming your order. If you can't pickup your order personally, your delegate  must submit:

- a copy of your document of identity

- Their document of identity

- A copy of the email confirming your order

- A letter of delegation signed


The consignee is responsible for all import taxes, custom and local taxes imposed by the country of dispatch. The payment of these taxes is necessary to exempt orders from customs charges.

We can't predict the amount to be paid for the taxes and duties, so we invite you to check them before ordering. Our online store ships all over the world with GLS and the shipping costs are already included in your order total. In any case, as international courier of your order, GLS can present an invoice with local taxes to pay. 

At the time of shipment, the customer will be informed with an email and they can ask for the GLS tracking number. The courier delivery throughout Italy on the ground floor , from monday to wednesday from 9.00 to the 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, everyday, except holidays and they don't set any appointments. Aboard the time may be variable.

The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three working days, leaving each time a notification, indication how to contact him. Undelivered orders will be returned to our store. No liability may be attribuited to Tryme Shop. 

At the time of delivery the customer will be required to check:

- The number od products delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the invoice;

- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or somehow altered.

Any damage or mismatch of the products must be immediately challenged to the courier, by inserting the words ''subject to withdrawal'' on the accompanying document within 8 days. 

In case of a damaged package write ''sebject to withdrawal because the package is demaged''. Even in the presence of a intact packaging, the products must be verified within 8 days from the receipt. 


- The refound will take place within 10 days from the moment you receive the package 

- You will receive an email with the confirmation of receipt of the parcel and the refound

- The amount of items returned will be credited to your paypal account 

- The timing could vary from bank to bank.


Unless promotions in progress indicated on the homepage, if the initial order did not include any shipping cost, in the case of return one or more products, will be charged a fixed amount of € 10,00 like ''cost contribution'' supported for the return pratice management. This amount will be deducted from reinbursement. The return shipment will be borne by the customer. It is not possible to change purchased products with other products. The parcel containing the return must be sent within 15 days from the delivery date (including holidays).


In the event that the customer receives defective or incorrect products is required to follow the same return instructions as above, specifying the reasons for the return.

The shipping costs will be borne by TRYMESHOP.COM, reserving the roght to request photographic evidence. In case of defective return of products, TRYMESHOP.COM will replace or refund the amount, if it is possible. 

TRYMESHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and to inspect and evaluate the conditions of the returned products, setting up addictional charges necessary for the sale of the returned products.

All the returned products are inspected by TRYMESHOP.COM and if the customer requires a change of size or a new product the request will be evaluated. 

If the customer requests the refund, the amount due will be credited.

The re-credit will be visible by the customer after 30 days from the receipt and acceptance of the return.
