SHIPPING: COSTS AND TIMES*

  • LOCAL AREA: 1-2 working days excluding holidays and pre-holidays: FREE - In the territory of the municipality of Viterbo corresponding to postal code 01100 (Our deliveryman).
  • ITALY: 3-4 working days: €8.00 for orders under €150.00 - FREE for higher amounts (GLS or BRT courier).
  • ITALY Islands, Venice Lagoon and remote areas: 3-4 Working Days: €8.00 (GLS Courier)
  • ABROAD: 5 -10 working days (GLS or BRT or DHL). The cost for shipments to European and non-European countries is automatically calculated in the cart summary based on the destination and order volume.

 

*Delivery times are indicative and non-binding. TRYMESHOP is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to causes of force majeure beyond the control of TRYMESHOP. Shipping prices are indicative and subject to slight variations due to fluctuations in courier rates.

**All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 1pm or on a non-working day, it will be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TO LOCAL AREA

Exclusively for the area of ​​the municipality of Viterbo, home deliveries of orders placed after 6.00 pm will be processed within the following working day. Our delivery service via courier respects the same working hours as our business. For orders received on holidays or days before holidays, delivery will be postponed to the next working day. To collect the order it is necessary to present the order confirmation or communicate the order number to the delivery person.

PICKUP IN STORE 

To collect your order, you will need to show an identity document and a copy of the email confirming your order confirmation. If you cannot collect the order in person, your delegate will need to present:

  • a copy of your valid identity document;
  • a valid identity document of the delegate;
  • a copy of the order confirmation email;
  • a signed letter of delegation.


TAXES AND DUTIES

The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is made. The payment of these taxes is necessary to exempt the order from customs duties.

We cannot predict how much you will pay for taxes and duties, so please check them before placing an order. Our online store ships worldwide with GLS, DHL or other courier and shipping costs are already included in the total of your final order. In any case, as the international courier of your order, GLS or DHL or another courier may present you with a separate invoice with local taxes to be paid.

At the time of shipment, the customer will be informed about it by email and will be able to request a GLS, DHL or other courier tracking number so that he can follow the progress of his shipment. The courier delivers throughout Italy to the home floor, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00; from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, every day, except holidays and cannot make appointments. Abroad, times may vary.

The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, each time leaving a notification, indicating how to contact him. Undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse. No responsibility can be attributed to Tryme Shop in the event of a delay in processing the order or in delivering the goods ordered.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.

Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, adding the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed within 8 days by registered mail with receipt. return to the courier, whose address is specified on the accompanying document.

In the specific case of a damaged package, write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged". Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within 8 days of receipt. Any hidden damage or anomalies must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is specified on the accompanying document.

REFUND FOR PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL

  • The refund will be made within 10 days from the moment we receive the package.
  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and the refund.
  • The amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the corresponding PayPal account or directly to the card used.
  • The timing of crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.

REFUND FOR PURCHASES WITH BANK TRANSFER

  • The refund will be made within 10 days from the moment we receive the package.
  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and the refund.
  • The refund amount will be returned to the current account that the customer will provide during the purchase and not to different current accounts.
  • The timing of crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


Except for ongoing promotions indicated on the homepage, if the initial order did not include, for any reason, any shipping costs, in the event of returning one or more items, only a fixed amount of €10.00 may be charged as a "contribution". expenses" incurred for managing the return procedure. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. It is not possible to exchange items purchased for other products. The package containing the return must be physically shipped within 15 days from the delivery date (including holidays). All return authorization conditions reported below in the RETURN INSTRUCTIONS section must be strictly respected for acceptance of the return.

 

RETURNED DEFECTIVE OR WRONG GOODS

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by TRYMESHOP.COM, he is required to follow the same return instructions above, specifying the reason for the return. 

Shipping costs for the return of defective or incorrect goods will be borne by TRYMESHOP.COM, however reserving the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods. In the event of a return for defective goods, TRYMESHOP.COM will, if possible, replace the item or refund the amount.

As expressed in the terms of sale, the photographs of the Products presented on the Site do not constitute a contractual element, as they are only representative. The color shades, in particular, depend on the system used on the computer or other electronic device used by the User; TRYMESHOP.COM, therefore, cannot guarantee that the computer or electronic device used by the User accurately reproduces the colors.

TRYMESHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and to inspect and evaluate the condition of the returned goods, establishing any additional charges that may be necessary for the re-sale of the returned items.

All returned items are subjected to inspection by TRYMESHOP.COM and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

In the event of defective goods or incorrect shipment by TRYMESHOP.COM, if the customer requests a size change or a new item, the request will be evaluated and authorized based on warehouse availability.

If the Customer requests a refund, the amount due will be credited immediately.

The credit will be visible on the Customer's credit card statement approximately 30 days after receipt and acceptance of the return.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

On the page, fill out the form by entering your email and the order number you wish to return and click on "Find your order".
The list of purchased products will automatically be displayed.
Select the quantity of the product you intend to return using the drop-down menu.
Select the reason for the return and choose whether to request a change size or whether to get a refund on the payment method made.


You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been processed.

To obtain authorization, it will be necessary to attach to the request or otherwise send a photo demonstrating the integrity of the guarantee seal.
Wait for a second email containing the acceptance of the request and the return authorization.

    Before shipping the goods, carry out the following checks:

    • The guarantee seal, or security thread, must be intact and must not have been removed or cut from the garment.
    • The tag is perfectly intact and has not been removed from the garment.
    • All labels, whether fabric or pendant, are perfectly intact and have not been removed from the garment.
    • Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was shipped and must be packaged in an orderly manner.
    • Each returned item has not been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.
    • The package containing the return must be physically shipped within 15 days from the delivery date (including holidays).

    Failure to comply with one or more of the rules indicated above invalidates the possibility of placing an order. 

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    *From the date of authorization for the return, the maximum shipping time for receiving the return package is 40 working days. Beyond this timeframe, the return will automatically be considered cancelled.
