PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL

PayPal is the most widespread and easiest system for online payment. It accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal prepaid card, Postepay, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura:

• By selecting the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the customer will be redirected to the PayPal login page.

• The amount related to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time the order is processed. In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer or if Try Me does not accept the order, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

• Order cancellation is possible until the order is not yet being prepared in the warehouse.

• The order status is clearly visible in the "Order Status" area after logging in and can no longer be canceled if the indication "Order in process" appears. If a transaction cancellation is requested, Try Me cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by delays or failure to release the committed amount by PayPal. 

• For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY to have a PayPal account: simply follow the procedure described as "Don't have a PayPal account". 

CREDIT CARDS

At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure banking system provided by Shopify Payment/Stripe. It is possible to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay cards.

Each transaction is protected according to the terms of the new PSD2 regulations with 3D Secure security system.

SCALAPAY

Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows the customer to purchase in 3 convenient installments with monthly due dates without additional costs (if the installments are paid by the due date).

At the time of purchase, the first installment (equal to one third of the total purchase value) will be charged immediately. The following 2 installments will be charged monthly.

You can choose Scalapay at checkout and pay through the credit card associated when creating the account or directly at the time of payment.

“If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. Please note that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize this assignment.”

BANK TRANSFER (Bank Deposit)

TRYMESHOP.COM accepts payments made via Bank Transfer.
To make a payment by Bank Transfer, it is necessary to select  (Bank Deposit)  as "Bank Transfer" before completing the order.
At the same time, the user will be provided with the bank details and the necessary information.
As the payment reason, the user must enter the order number.
Additionally, a copy of the payment must be sent by email to info@trymeshop.com.
The goods will be reserved in the customer's name for a maximum of 48 hours.
If within 48 working hours from the order confirmation the payment copy is not received, the order will be automatically canceled.
The order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to TRYMESHOP.COM's bank account.
Currently, in the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's account no earlier than 3 to 5 working days from the date of the transfer.
Before making the payment, it is advisable to check with Customer Service if the goods are available.
 
Regarding your choice of payment by Bank Transfer, TRYMESHOP.COM informs that:
• A copy of the payment made must be sent by email to info@trymeshop.com.
• Only after receiving this copy will the goods be reserved in the customer's name.
• If within 72 working hours from the order confirmation the payment copy is not received, the order will be canceled.
• The order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to TRYMESHOP.COM's bank account.
