REFUND FOR PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL

  • The refund will be processed within 10 days from the moment we receive the package.
  • You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the package and the refund.
  • The amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the corresponding PayPal account or directly to the card used.
  • The timing of the credit to your account may vary from one bank to another.

REFUND FOR PURCHASES WITH BANK TRANSFER

  • The refund will be processed within 10 days from the moment we receive the package.
  • You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the package and the refund.
  • The refund amount will be returned to the bank account provided by the customer at the time of purchase and not to different bank accounts.
  • The timing of the credit to your account may vary from one bank to another.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


Except for ongoing promotions indicated on the homepage, if the initial order did not include, for any reason, any shipping cost, in case of return of one or more items, only a fixed amount of €10.00 will be charged as a "handling fee" incurred for processing the return. This amount will be deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. It is not possible to exchange purchased items for other products. The package containing the return must be physically shipped within 15 days from the delivery date (including holidays).

 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or if errors occur in shipments by TRYMESHOP.COM, it is required to follow the same return instructions listed above, specifying the reason for the return. 

Shipping costs for the return of defective or incorrect goods will be borne by TRYMESHOP.COM, reserving the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods. In case of return for defective goods, TRYMESHOP.COM will, if possible, replace the item or refund the amount.

TRYMESHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and to inspect and evaluate the condition of the returned goods, establishing any additional charges necessary for the resale of the returned items.

All returned items are inspected by TRYMESHOP.COM and must meet all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

In case of defective goods or incorrect shipment by TRYMESHOP.COM, if the customer requests a size exchange or a new item, the request will be evaluated and authorized based on stock availability.

If the customer requests a refund, the amount due will be immediately credited back.

The credit will be visible on the customer's credit card statement approximately 30 days after receipt and acceptance of the return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

On the page, fill out the form by entering your email and the order number you wish to return and click "Find your order".
The list of purchased products will be displayed automatically.
Select the quantity of the product you intend to return from the dropdown menu.
Select the reason for the return and choose whether to request a size exchange or a refund to the original payment method.
You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received.
Wait for a second email containing acceptance of the request and return authorization.

    Before shipping the goods, perform the following checks:

    • The warranty seal must be intact and must not have been removed from the item.
    • The tag is perfectly intact and has not been removed from the item.
    • All labels, fabric or hanging, are perfectly intact and have not been removed from the item.
    • Each item to be returned is in the same condition as it was shipped and must be packed neatly.
    • Each returned item has not been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.
    • The package containing the return must be physically shipped within 15 days from the delivery date (including holidays).
    • If necessary, request more information at return@trymeshop.com, indicating the order number.
    • All packages to be returned must be shipped to: Trymeshop.com - Corso Italia, 86 Viterbo - 01100 (VT) Italy.

    Failure to comply with one or more of the above rules invalidates the possibility of returning an order. 

     Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

    Return the order at our store.

    Bring all items to be returned along with the printout of the return confirmation received by email to the store. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the rest. All packages to be returned must be delivered during public opening hours at:
