Refund Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

On the page https://trymeshopcom.myreturnscenter.com/ fill out the form by entering your email and the order number you wish to return and click on "Find your order". 
  1. The list of purchased products will automatically be displayed. 
  2. Select the quantity of the product you intend to return using the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the reason for the return and choose whether to request a size exchange or obtain a refund on the payment method made.
  4. You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been processed.
  5. Wait for a second email containing the acceptance of the request and the return authorization.

Before shipping the goods, carry out the following checks:

• The guarantee seal must be intact and must not have been removed from the garment.

• The tag is perfectly intact and has not been removed from the garment.

• All labels, whether fabric or hanging, are perfectly intact and have not been removed from the garment.

• Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was shipped and must be packaged in an orderly manner.

• Each returned item has not been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.

• The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier by 15 days from the order date (including holidays).

• If necessary, request more information at return@trymeshop.com, indicating your order number.

• All packages to be returned must be sent to: Trymeshop.com - Corso Italia, 86 Viterbo - 01100 (VT) Italy.

Failure to comply with one or more of the rules indicated above invalidates the possibility of placing an order. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
