How much time do I have to request a return?
From the delivery of your order, you have 15 days available, whatever the reason. You can return it in-store or via courier at your own expense.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn/unused, unwashed, unaltered in any way, and with all its tags and the warranty seal intact.
Can I change the size or color of a purchased product?
Sure, you just need to activate the online return procedure to change the size you purchased if available. Remember that to make the exchange you must access the RETURN CENTER and follow this procedure:
1. log in with the link RETURN AN ITEM
2. fill out the form by entering your email and the order number you wish to return and click on "Find your order". The list of purchased products will be displayed automatically.
3. Select the quantity of the product you wish to return from the dropdown menu.
4.Select the reason for the return and choose whether to request a size exchange or to obtain a refund to the original payment method.
Can I return my order placed online in-store?
Sure, you can go to our store where the return service is active and our staff will take care of everything. Remember that you have 14 days from delivery and you will need to show your order number.
When will I receive the refund?
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Office will carry out the necessary checks. In case of a positive outcome, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the arrangement of the refund. After a few days, you will be able to verify the credit of the amount.
