How much time do I have to request a return?

From the delivery of your order, you have 15 days to return it, for any reason. You can return the item in-store or by courier at your own expense.

The product must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it: unworn/unused, unwashed, unaltered in any way, and with all tags and the warranty seal intact.

Can I change the size or color of a purchased product?

Of course, you just need to activate the online return process to exchange the size you purchased based on availability. Remember that to make an exchange, you must access the RETURN CENTER and follow this procedure:

1. access it via the link MAKE A RETURN

2. fill out the form by entering your email and the order number you wish to return, then click "Find your order." The list of purchased products will automatically be displayed.

3. Select the quantity of the product you want to return from the dropdown menu.

4. Select the reason for the return and choose whether to request a size exchange or to receive a refund to the original payment method.

Can I return my online order in the Store?

Of course, you can visit our store where the return service is available, and our staff will take care of everything. Remember that you have 14 days from delivery and that you will need to show your order number.

When will I receive the refund?

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Office will carry out the appropriate checks. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement. After a few days, you will be able to verify the credit of the amount.
